Four-packs of toilet paper. There's no reason to only buy FOUR ROLLS at a time.
Do you know what you're going to need for the rest of your life? Toilet paper. You should buy the maximum number of rolls possible. Otherwise you'll just be buying toilet paper all the time.
That's just a belief I have I wanted to share.

What if you don't have room to store more than 4 rolls of toilet paper? What should you do then? What if you can't afford more than 4 rolls of toilet paper? These are things the toilet paper makers are taking into consideration when they make 4 packs.
Hurray for toilet paper makers! Thanks for being so thoughtful to the toilet paper users of the universe.
Just make sure that Carolyn Hann doesn't get ahold of your toilet paper, regardless of the packaging size. She'll just throw it outside and then you'll be out of toilet paper completely.
I would buy single rolls if they sold them.
I only buy silly things in bulk. Like square batteries.

1. Yes I will throw your toilet paper outside if you make me mad
2. Camping - you don't need a lot and you don't want to pack too much. Camping is the perfect reason for buying 4 rolls of TP
