Excerpt from the song "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year":

There'll be parties for hosting
Marshmallows for toasting
And caroling out in the snow.

There'll be scary ghost stories
And tales of the glories
Of Christmases long, long ago.

Who the freak is telling GHOST STORIES at Christmas?

And not just ghost stories, which could perhaps be explained away with the story of Scrooge and his Christmas ghosts - but SCARY ghost stories.

Seriously, scary ghost stories? Is that all we could think of to rhyme with "glories?" How about Laurie? There are Lauries at Christmas. Or Maury, as in Povitch? He has a Christmas special.

How about another kind of story? Like CHRISTMAS stories?

Dear writer of that song,
Consult me before you write your final draft of lyrics next time.

Nicole, I think you should track down that song writer.... if he still alive. That's an old song. G-M

Also, who toasts marshmallows at Christmas? We aren't going camping in December. Weird.

I think you should post your own lyrics to the sound track as you think they should be. I will be checking in everyday in anticipation as Im sure your lyrics will be much more entertaining to all.

Uh, hello...the Ghost of Christmas Past? That pretty much freaked me out when I was a kid.

Carolyn - You've never toasted marshmallows in your fireplace? I used to do it when I was a kid...think I even did it on Christmas once. If you haven't you should try! Fun stuff!

Oh yeah! The Christmas song I hate the most: 12 days of Christmas...whoever purchases that much crap for whoever the song was wrote for is an idiot. And the person who asked for that stuff is just a selfish materialistic person.

However I have to admit that having 10 lords-a-leaping would be pretty entertaining. But it would get old when I'm trying to sleep and they keep wanting to do their leaping jig in my bed. That would get very annoying.

Could you imagine the chaos you'd have in your house with all of those presents at the end of the 12th day? Rediculous.
