This is Rachel Handysnacks' Precision Roller Dancing Team. Rachel (pictured above, top row center) reached her full height at like age 12. This picture is from 2002, when Rachel was about 15. Note that this is a roller skating precision team. Six years ago Rachel was on a roller skating team.
